You can swap tokens from any wallet account in the Turnkey Dashboard. Dashboard swaps use the same quote and execute activities as the API, so they are recorded in your activity log and governed by your policies.
Swaps are available on Pay As You Go, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Gas sponsorship is available on Enterprise plans. If you’d like to use gas sponsorship, please reach out.

Requirements

The Dashboard only supports swaps you can quote and execute on your own. If either step needs approval from another user, you will see an error. This happens when:
  • You are a root user and your root quorum threshold is greater than 1.
  • The policy that allows you to swap requires additional approvals.
In either case, add the sample policy below. Support for swaps that require consensus is coming soon. The attempted activity is still created and will remain pending, so clear the activity afterward by clicking Deny in the Activities section.

Sample policy

This policy allows one user to get swap quotes and execute swaps without additional approvals. Replace <USER_ID> with the ID of that user, found on the Users page.
The policy also applies to root users: it lets a single root user swap without the rest of the root quorum. See Using root users with policies. Creating the policy is itself an activity, so it needs your organization’s usual approvals (for example, both root users in a 2/2 root quorum). Deny policies still take precedence over it. To allow swaps only from a specific wallet, add a wallet.id condition:
